Anderson extended their home winning streak to eight games thanks to a huge performance from Elaine Harrison. The Trojans came out on top against the Bastrop Bears by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday for which the team can thank Harrison, who had eight digs and four aces. She has been hot for a while, having also posted 13 or more assists the last 19 times she's played.

The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 16-25, 25-17, 25-16.

Anderson's victory bumped their record up to 23-10. As for Bastrop, they moved to 29-12 with that loss, which also ended their four-match winning streak.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Anderson is set to challenge their familiar foe Navarro at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Bastrop will square off against rival McCallum at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
