Stratford not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since April 9, 2024. Everything went their way against the Grand Oaks Grizzlies as the Stratford Spartans made off with a 10-2 win. The Spartans' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Stratford's victory bumped their record up to 2-3-1. As for Grand Oaks, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-3.

Stratford wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 15-0 win against Benjamin Davis on the 27th. As for Grand Oaks, they have also already played their next matchup, a 9-5 victory against A&M Consolidated on the 28th.
