Football Recap: Southwest Comes Up Short

Southwest lost against Coral Reef back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Eagles took a hard 18-0 fall against the Barracudas. The Eagles' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

Southwest's record is now 2-8. As for Coral Reef, their victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Southwest will take on Braddock at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Coral Reef, they will host Dr. Krop at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
