The Lanier Christian Academy Lightning just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Fellowship Christian Paladins at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Fellowship Christian took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Lanier Christian Academy, who comes in off a win.

Lanier Christian Academy took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They walked away with a 37-24 victory over Johnson Ferry Christian Academy. The Lightning haven't had any issues with the Saints recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Lanier Christian Academy can attribute much of their success to Sydney Harmon, who posted 12 points and seven rebounds. Harmon continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.

Meanwhile, Fellowship Christian was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 41-35 to The King's Academy. While losing is never fun, the Paladins can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 242nd, while the Knights are ranked 117th).

Lanier Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Fellowship Christian, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 8-4.
