Softball Recap: Issaquah Wins Going Away Against Everett

On Tuesday, everything went the Issaquah Eagles's way against the Everett Seagulls as the Issaquah Eagles made off with a 12-2 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Shae Erickson (2027) made a splash no matter where she played. She struck out nine batters over six innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits. Erickson (2027) was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.

In other batting news, Riley Baumann (2026) was excellent, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3. Campbell Garvey (2027) was another key player, going 1-for-2 with four RBI.

Issaquah always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .529. The last time their OBP was this high was back in April of 2024.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Issaquah will hit the road for the first time this season to take on Bothell at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Everett, they will venture away from home to face off against Marysville Getchell at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be Everett's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
