Softball Recap: Franklinton Takes a Loss

After soaring to 17 runs the game before, Franklinton was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They came up short against the Southern Nash Firebirds, falling 11-0. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Red Rams were not able to get on the board.

Franklinton's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Southern Nash, the win keeps they at an undefeated 10-0.

Franklinton didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 6-0 defeat against Roanoke Rapids on the 27th. As for Southern Nash, they have also already played their next game, an 11-0 victory against Bunn on the 26th.
