Wyatt Schmidt Game Report: @ Dr. Phillips

Edgewater had to settle for second on Monday, but Wyatt Schmidt sure wasn't going down easily. Schmidt turned in nothing short of a gem, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits over five innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Schmidt and Edgewater will be taking part in a tournament against Windermere at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Eagles haven't beaten the Wolverines recently, having gone 0-5 since March of 2018.
