Basketball Game Preview: Miles Bulldogs vs. Ballinger Bearcats

Miles has won four straight games at home, while Ballinger has won four straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Tuesday. The Miles Bulldogs will host the Ballinger Bearcats at 6:30 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Tuesday.

On Friday, Miles humbled Bangs with a 54-23 victory. Given the Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 422nd, while the Dragons are ranked 1131st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Ballinger made easy work of Bangs on Tuesday and carried off a 43-20 win.

Miles has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.0 points per game. As for Ballinger, their victory bumped their record up to 16-8.
