Lewisville has gone a perfect 5-0 against Ridge Spring-Monetta recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Lions will be playing in front of their home fans against the Trojans at 6:30 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Lewisville is headed into Monday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Thursday. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of Governor's School for Science & Math. That's two games in a row now that Lewisville have lost by just one goal.

Their goal came courtesy of Mason Morrison, who's now up to three this season.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Ridge Spring-Monetta's offense. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Varsity Opponent two weeks ago.

Ridge Spring-Monetta now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Lewisville, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-8.

Lewisville beat Ridge Spring-Monetta by a goal in their previous meeting back in March, winning 2-1. Do the Lions have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Trojans turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
