Football Game Preview: Naperville Central Redhawks vs. Naperville North Huskies + How To Watch

The Naperville Central Redhawks will challenge the Naperville North Huskies at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

On Friday, Naperville Central ended up a good deal behind Homewood-Flossmoor and lost 29-10.

Meanwhile, Naperville North had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They walked away with a 14-6 victory over the Griffins. The win was all the more spectacular given the Huskies' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois football rankings (they are ranked 37th, while the Griffins are ranked fifth).

Naperville Central better keep an eye on William Eloe. He was instrumental in Naperville North's win, rushing for 92 yards and two TDs. They are undefeated when Eloe posts two or more rushing touchdowns, but 1-3 otherwise.

Naperville North's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Naperville Central, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-6.

Naperville Central skirted past Naperville North 24-21 in their previous matchup back in September of 2024. Will the Redhawks repeat their success, or do the Huskies have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
