Lancaster County Christian had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the seven-goal drubbing they dealt Ephrata Mennonite on Friday. The Lions blew past the Legends 8-1. With Lancaster County Christian ahead 5-0 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Their offense was hitting Ephrata Mennonite from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Ben Walker led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.
