Basketball Recap: Colerain's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lakota West, Colerain was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They walked away with a 54-45 victory over the Middletown Middies. The win was some much needed relief for the Cardinals as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Colerain's victory bumped their record up to 7-14. As for Middletown, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 12 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-14 record this season.

Colerain will face off against Lakota East at 1:45 p.m. on Saturday. Middletown has already played their next contest (against Hamilton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
