It was a good run, but Lowndes unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell to the Colquitt County Packers 43-39. The matchup marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Kaden Martin and Kam Jackson certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Martin dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten rebounds, while Jackson posted 14 points and six rebounds. That was a full 35.9% of Lowndes' points, marking the fourth time in a row he's put up more than a third of the team's points.

Lowndes' defeat dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Colquitt County, they pushed their record up to 10-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lowndes will take on Valdosta at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday. Valdosta is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 60 points per game this season. As for Colquitt County, they will challenge Bainbridge at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
