West Union had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Byers Lions as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on Tuesday.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: West Union took every set by at least 16 points. The final score came out to 25-8, 25-9, 25-6.

West Union's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ann Flemming Leflore led the charge by getting 13 kills and five aces. That's the most aces Leflore has posted since back in August. Lauren Roaten was another key player, getting nine aces.

They weren't the only good server: West Union was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 35 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

West Union's victory bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Byers, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
