Soccer Recap: Northeast Wins Going Away Against West Creek

West Creek kept up with Northeast until halftime on Thursday, but afterwards: not so much. The Eagles blew past the Coyote 4-1. The result was nothing new for Northeast, who have now won six contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Joao Guilherme Castelo Branco and David Arias scored all four of Northeast's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 26 goals.

The win snapped Northeast's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 7-3 record. As for West Creek, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-4-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northeast will face off against Springfield at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for West Creek, they will take on Henry County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Henry County will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something West Creek surely won't give up without a fight.
