Soccer Preview: Wakefield vs. Broughton
Wakefield hasn't had much luck against Broughton recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Wolverines will welcome the Capitals at 6:30 p.m.
On Thursday, Wakefield didn't have quite enough to beat Rolesville and fell 3-2. Both teams had to tread carefully at times as the refs weren't afraid to hand out yellow cards: Matthew Dickerson was handed one for Wakefield, while Rolesville got theirs courtesy of Chris Milla.
Diego Vasquez wasn't going to let Rolesville walk away unscathed as he scored both of Wakefield's goals, bringing his season total up to two goals.

They put the hurt on the Pirates with a sharp 5-2 victory. The result was nothing new for Broughton, who have now won four matchups by three goals or more so far this season.
Broughton is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 19 goals over those six matches. As for Wakefield, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4-3.
