Soccer Recap: Girard Takes a Loss

Girard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Poland Seminary Bulldogs, falling 7-0. Girard were not able to make up for their defeat to Poland Seminary from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Girard's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Poland Seminary, they now have a winning record of 1-0-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Girard will challenge rival Lakeview at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Poland Seminary is set to square off against their familiar foe Hubbard at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
