Avon moved up to 47 from 76 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in West Shore. The Eagles were able to make move up by besting Perrysburg 28-11.

Avon extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating the Yellowjackets, 28-11. This was the team's 10th consecutive win.

Midview's Cody Callaway and Eric Lauer have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Callaway has thrown for 1892 yards this season, while Lauer, a 6-foot-3 receiver, has 40 catches for 868 yards. Martin Finnegan from Rocky River leads the league in rushing with 1049 yards.

The Eagles led West Shore in scoring this week after putting up 28 points on Perrysburg.
