Basketball Recap: Kennedy Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

If Kennedy was riding high fresh off their 53-27 takedown of Lehman last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The matchup between the Kennedy Knights and the DeWitt Clinton Governors didn't end well, with the Kennedy Knights falling 55-38. The Knights haven't had much luck with the Governors recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Kennedy's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-7. As for DeWitt Clinton, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kennedy will host Bronx High School of Science at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Kennedy is facing Bronx High School of Science at the right time seeing as Bronx High School of Science is stuck on a three-game losing streak. DeWitt Clinton has already played their next game (against Roosevelt Educational), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
