Softball Recap: Kensington Takes a Loss

Kensington and Girard Academic Music Program squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Kensington had to settle for second. They came up short against the Pioneers, falling 7-0. The loss leaves the KENSINGTON TIGER still looking for their first win of the season.

Kensington's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Girard Academic Music Program, their victory ended a seven-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-6.

Kensington does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Girard Academic Music Program, they will take on Franklin Towne at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. The Pioneers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Warriors have averaged an impressive 9.8 runs per game this season.
