Soccer Game Preview: Memphis vs. Bad Axe

The Memphis Yellowjackets are taking a road trip to challenge the Bad Axe Hatchets at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

As a matter of fact, Memphis put up the most goals they have all season on Thursday. They never let Caro get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory. Considering Memphis have won three matchups by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Bad Axe earned a 5-3 win over Laker on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Bad Axe.

Memphis' victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Bad Axe, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Memphis might still be hurting after the 8-0 defeat they got from Bad Axe in their previous meeting back in May of 2024. Can the Yellowjackets avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
