Given the Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 18th, while the Eagles are ranked 440th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Terry Sanford's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Taleah Meadows, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds. The dominant performance gave Meadows a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Amya Harrington, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and 11 boards.

Terry Sanford smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 31 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've managed all season.

Terry Sanford pushed their record up to 21-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.
