Soccer Recap: Dunbar Comes Up Short

Dunbar was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They came up short against the Eastern Hills Highlanders, falling 8-0. That's two games in a row now that the Wildcats have lost by exactly eight goals.

Dunbar's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Eastern Hills, they picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 2-4.

Looking ahead, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Dunbar challenge the Benbrook at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Benbrook knows how to get goals on the board -- the squad has finished with four goals or more in their past six contests -- so hopefully Dunbar likes a good challenge. As for Eastern Hills, they will host Diamond Hill-Jarvis at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
