Agricultural Science posted their closest win since April 12, 2024 on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Simeon Wolverines 2-1. This was payback for the Cyclones, who suffered a 2-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Agricultural Science who won the one that mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 22-25, 25-20.

Agricultural Science's victory bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Simeon, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-4.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Agricultural Science is set to face off against their familiar foe Bowen at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Simeon will take on rival Carver at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
