Basketball Recap: Maple Shade Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Maple Shade duked it out withWestampton Tech on Saturday. The Maple Shade Wildcats were dealt a 72-37 loss at the hands of the Westampton Tech Panthers.

Maple Shade's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Westampton Tech, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

When Maple Shade and Westampton Tech next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Maple Shade will try to stop Burlington City's three-game winning streak when the meet at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Similarly, Westampton Tech will challenge Salem and their three-game winning streak at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
