Kaine Hill Delivers Electric Effort Vs Carter-Riverside

Starting off the list is Springtown's Kaine Hill, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Hill threw for 217 yards and six touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes.

The win (which was Springtown's fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1. Hill and Springtown will square off against Eastern Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Western Hills' Losing Streak Is No More Thanks to Elijah Jones

Thanks in part to Elijah Jones, Western Hills said goodbye to their six-game losing streak dating back to last season. Nobody could stop Jones on Thursday as he rushed for 179 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries.

Western Hills' first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. Jones and Western Hills will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Decatur at 7:30 p.m. on October 17th.

Ross Posts Huge Game in 55-0 Victory

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Jed Ross stepped things up a notch to give Decatur the 'W'. Ross was unstoppable, throwing for 171 yards and three touchdowns while completing 72.7% of his passes.

The win got Decatur back to even at 3-3. Ross and Decatur will challenge Diamond Hill-Jarvis at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Thanks in part to Rodney Hill, Western Hills said goodbye to their six-game losing streak dating back to last season. Diamond Hill-Jarvis had no answer to Hill on Thursday as he rushed for 35 yards and three touchdowns.

On the season, Hill has averaged 29.3 passing yards per game.
