Issaquah faced Redmond in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Eagles came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 4-1. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Mustangs two weeks ago, they had to take a 5-4 defeat.

Riley Baumann (2026) was excellent, going 2-for-3 with one home run.

Issaquah's record is now 12-2. As for Redmond, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-3-1.

Looking ahead, Issaquah will square off against Juanita at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Redmond, they will take on Liberty at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
