Soccer Game Preview: Redeemer Christian vs. Trinity Catholic

The Redeemer Christian Lions will face off against the Trinity Catholic Celtics at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Redeemer Christian took a loss when they played away from home back in December of 2024, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They never let Saint Francis Catholic onto the board and left with a 4-0 win.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Trinity Catholic). Everything went their way against Bishop Snyder on Thursday as Trinity Catholic made off with a 10-0 victory. It was an even better day for Liam Law as he scored three goals for his team.

Redeemer Christian's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-5-1. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three matches. As for Trinity Catholic, they now have a winning record of 6-5-3.
