Baseball Recap: Moapa Valley Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Moapa Valley's offense. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Douglas Tigers on Friday.

Moapa Valley saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jake Hadley, who went 2-for-4 with one double.

Moapa Valley now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Douglas, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Moapa Valley will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Stansbury at 3:00 p.m. on March 11. As for Douglas, they will take on Churchill County at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
