Jordan has gone 4-0 against Morton Ranch recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Jordan Warriors will head out on the road to face off against the Morton Ranch Mavericks at 1:00 p.m. Morton Ranch took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Jordan, who comes in off a win.

Jordan is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They blew past Mayde Creek 8-0 on Wednesday. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 12th, while the Rams are ranked 404th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Morton Ranch fell victim to Katy Taylor and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They lost 5-0 to the Mustangs. The defeat continues a trend for the Mavericks in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now lost nine in a row.

Jordan's victory bumped their record up to 6-1-1. As for Morton Ranch, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4-1.

Jordan took their win against Morton Ranch when the teams last played back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 9-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Jordan since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
