Softball Recap: Yosemite Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Yosemite's offense. They lost 9-0 to the Sunnyside Wildcats on Monday. The Badgers' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

Yosemite saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jadyn Johnson, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Yosemite's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Sunnyside, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-4.

Coincidentally, Yosemite and Sunnyside will both be playing Minarets the next time they take the field. The Badgers will host the Mustangs at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Wildcats will head out to face them at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
