Baseball Recap: Byron Comes Up Short

Byron managed to slip by Dryden the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Eagles came up short against the Cardinals on Saturday, falling 12-1.

Byron saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cory White, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Byron's loss dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Dryden, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-6.

As of now, neither Byron nor the Cardinals have any future games scheduled.
