            Kankakee Trinity Academy suffered their biggest  loss since December 12, 2024 on Friday. They lost  71-50 to the Atlantic Christian Cougars. Kankakee Trinity Academy was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Atlantic Christian apparently hadn't forgotten their  defeat the last time these teams played  back in March of 2019.
 Several Kankakee Trinity Academy players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Vinny Hendrix, who  posted 21  points and seven  boards.  Akira Hori was another key player,  putting up 15 points and six  rebounds.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Atlantic Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Noah Stokes, who  dropped  a triple-double with 18  points, ten  boards,  and ten  assists. The dominant performance also gave  Stokes a new career-high in  steals (six). Another player making a difference was  Charlie Costello, who  shot 64% from the field on his way to 21 points along with five  rebounds and three  steals.
Kankakee Trinity Academy's loss dropped their record down to 22-11. As for Atlantic Christian, the  victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 25-10.
 Kankakee Trinity Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  game,  a  49-43  win against Columbia County Christian on the 8th. As for Atlantic Christian, they have also  already played their next contest,  a  64-56  victory against Genoa Christian Academy on the 8th.
