Softball Recap: Lancaster Takes a Loss

Lancaster's last matchup with Richland Center could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Tuesday. The Flying Arrows lost 10-0 to the Hornets. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Flying Arrows have suffered since May 10, 2025.

This is the second loss in a row for Lancaster and nudges their season record down to 6-5. As for Richland Center, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Lancaster will venture away from home to square off against Cuba City at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Cubans will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last. As for Richland Center, they are taking a road trip to face off against Viroqua at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
