Volleyball Recap: Berrien Springs Gets the Win

Berrien Springs won the last time they faced Saugatuck and things went their way on Saturday too. The Shamrocks came out on top against the Trailblazers by a score of 2-0.

Kathryn Bergan paced Berrien Springs' offense, picking up 11 kills. Bergan got some help from Vivienne Kittleson and her 18 assists. Dylan Rospierski controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Berrien Springs now has a winning record of 3-2-1. As for Saugatuck, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Berrien Springs wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Hopkins on the 23rd. As for Saugatuck, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 1-0 victory against Our Lady of the Lake Catholic on the 23rd.
