Basketball Recap: Doss Comes Up Short

Doss was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a hard 61-42 fall against the Bourbon County Colonels.

Doss' defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Bourbon County, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.

Doss won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Butler at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Dragons will be up against the Bears' rather soft defense (which has allowed 56.38 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Bourbon County, they will also get right back to it: they'll square off against Scott County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
