Basketball Game Preview: DuBois Christian vs. Blair County Christian Bobcats

DuBois Christian will head out on the road to challenge the Blair County Christian Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. DuBois Christian will be strutting in after a win while Blair County Christian will be coming in after a loss.

Two weeks ago, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, DuBois Christian beat Calvary Christian Academy 46-41. The victory made it back-to-back wins for DuBois Christian.

Meanwhile, Blair County Christian lost to Great Commission on the road by a 57-38 margin on Tuesday. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

DuBois Christian will need focus on slowing down Aidyn Lundy, one of several Blair County Christian players who made an impact when they last played. He went 7 of 13 en route to 15 points. Another player making a difference was Jonathan Marucci, who posted ten points and five boards.

Blair County Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for DuBois Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

DuBois Christian beat Blair County Christian 50-41 when the teams last played back in December of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for DuBois Christian since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
