Columbine came tearing into Thursday's match with four straight wins dating back to last season, and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Brook Hill Guard.

Sofia Screaton paced Columbine's offense, picking up seven kills. Screaton got some help from Maddie Lynett and her 22 assists. Screaton was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Columbine's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Brook Hill, their loss dropped their record down to 7-3.

Columbine has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Argyle on the 29th. As for Brook Hill, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Imperial on the 28th.
