Rogers is likely headed into the contest with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against North Providence on Friday. The Vikings took a 14-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cougars.

Moses Brown hadn't beaten Cranston East on the road since November 15, 2019 but that history sure didn't bother them on Thursday. The Quakers strolled past the Thunderbolts with points to spare, taking the game 22-8. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Quakers.

Moses Brown's win came from a few key players Rogers will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Gavin Marsh, who threw for 172 yards and three touchdowns while completing 78.6% of his passes, and also rushed for 47 yards. Marsh is crushing it when it comes to passing touchdowns: he's passed for at least three every time he's taken the field this season. Moses Brown's leading receiver Eric Jeffreys was Marsh's top target yet again, picking up 128 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.

Rogers' defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Moses Brown, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
