Jon Bissonnette's Big Game Leads Robinson over South Rowan
Jon Bissonnette's big game helped extend Robinson's winning streak to eight on Friday. South Rowan had no answer to Bissonnette as he threw for 315 yards and four touchdowns while completing 88.2% of his passes, and also rushed for 60 yards. The dominant performance gave Bissonnette a new career-high in rushing yards.
Robinson pushed their record up to 8-0 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Bissonnette and Robinson are on the road again on Friday to play Northwest Cabarrus at 7:00 p.m.

On Friday, Carson got the W thanks in part to Damo'N Broussard playing the best football he has all season. Broussard rushed for 175 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.3 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
With the victory, Carson broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-5. Broussard and Carson will be playing at home against Central Cabarrus at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Forrest Made His Presence Known in Northwest Cabarrus' 28-7 Victory
Jackson Forrest was instrumental in extending Northwest Cabarrus's winning streak to seven on Friday. Concord had no answer to Forrest as he made 16 total tackles (1.0 for loss). What's more, Forrest also racked up 16 rushing yards, the mosthe's had since back in August.
Unfortunately for Concord, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Forrest. When Forrest last faced the Spiders back in October of 2023, he picked up two sacks, forced a fumble, and made 12 total tackles (7.0 for loss).
