Football Recap: Palisades Skates Past Ballantyne Ridge with Ease

Palisades never let their opponents score on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 29-0 win over the Ballantyne Ridge Wolves. The result was nothing new for the Pumas, who have now won five contests by 29 points or more so far this season.

On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Palisades' defense and their three sacks. Jolissa Adams was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up two herself.

The victory (which was Palisades' sixth in a row) raised their record to 8-1. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 3.2 points on average over those games. As for Ballantyne Ridge, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
