Northview came tearing into Wednesday's matchup with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Scott Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in April.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-11, 25-17.
Northview's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Johnny Krolak led the charge by getting six digs and four aces. Drew Longardner also deserves some recognition as he served his first ace of the season.
They weren't the only good server: Northview was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 30 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 12 consecutive contests.
