Softball Recap: St. Francis DeSales Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for St. Francis DeSales's offense. They came up short against the Dublin Coffman Shamrocks on Tuesday, falling 11-0. Having soared to a lofty 22 runs in the game before, the Stallions' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

St. Francis DeSales dropped their record down to 3-8 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Dublin Coffman, their victory bumped their record up to 9-7.

St. Francis DeSales wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, an 18-3 defeat against Bishop Watterson on the 23rd. Dublin Coffman has also already played their next game (against Hilliard Davidson), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
