Baseball Recap: Argonaut Comes Up Short

Argonaut fell victim to Galt and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 1-0. The Mustangs' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it five in a row.

Argonaut saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Robert Cable, who went 2-for-3 with one double. That double was Cable's first of the season.

Argonaut's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Galt, with the victory, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-8.

While Argonaut had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
