Basketball Recap: Perry Hall Christian Comes Up Short

Perry Hall Christian lost against Greater Grace Christian Academy back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Perry Hall Christian took a blow against the Greater Grace Christian Academy Eagles, falling 53-21. While losing is never fun, Perry Hall Christian can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Maryland basketball rankings (they are ranked 254th, while Greater Grace Christian Academy is ranked 28th).

Perry Hall Christian dropped their record down to 1-10 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Greater Grace Christian Academy, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-1.

Perry Hall Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 45-31 loss against Mount Airy Christian Academy on the 27th. As for Greater Grace Christian Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Annapolis Area Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
