Football Recap: Lindblom Eagles vs. Goode STEM Academy Knights

Lindblom had lost three straight on the road, but on Saturday they dropped down to 2-7 to make it four. They were outmatched by the Goode STEM Academy Knights and fell 62-34. The Eagles lost against the Knights in their previous head to head back in September of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 22-18 score last time.

Lindblom's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jalen Jackson, who picked up 97 receiving yards and one touchdown. Jackson was no stranger to the big play, cutting upfield on a catch that went for 53 yards. Lindblom also got help from Gavin Tillman, who showed off his sure hands for 90 receiving yards.
