Basketball Recap: Thursday's Victory Is Emmanuel Christian Academy's Sixth in Last Seven Outings

After losing to Miami Valley the last time they met, Emmanuel Christian Academy decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Emmanuel Christian Academy Lions walked away with a 61-54 victory over the Miami Valley Rams on Thursday.

Emmanuel Christian Academy is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.9 points per game. As for Miami Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6.

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Emmanuel Christian Academy Lions challenge the Tri-County North Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Miami Valley, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Middletown Christian at 7:00 p.m. on January 31st.
