Volleyball Recap: Iowa Colony Takes a Loss

Iowa Colony saw some tournament action on Thursday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Klein Oak Panthers. The Pioneers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Angelena Karpowicz paced Iowa Colony's offense, picking up three kills. Karpowicz got some help from Breia Dixon and her eight assists.

Iowa Colony now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Klein Oak, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1.

Iowa Colony has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against MacArthur on the 14th. As for Klein Oak, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Lake Travis on the 14th.
