Volleyball Recap: Oswego Panthers vs. Lake Park Lancers
Oswego was not able to break out of their rough patch on Sunday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Lake Park Lancers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lancers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 last Saturday.
Oswego's offense was headlined by Jian Bacerdo and Peter Barnes, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Greyson Covay and his ten assists.
Oswego's loss dropped their record down to 15-9. As for Lake Park, their win bumped their record up to 17-5.
Oswego didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Plainfield South on the 29th. As for Lake Park, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Glenbard North on the 29th.
