Basketball Recap: East Pennsboro Takes a Loss

East Pennsboro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost to the Shippensburg Greyhounds on the road by a 66-50 margin. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 638th, while the Greyhounds are ranked 250th).

East Pennsboro's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Shippensburg, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-2.

While East Pennsboro had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
